NEWS:

Acres of Discovery will present their year end program on Friday, May 15th at Berkeley Middle School.  It will begin at 6:30 PM and there will be a small admission fee to cover the cost of the building.

AOD Closed on May 25 for Memorial Day.

Summer Camp Registration:

Summer camp registration is going on NOW.  Please return the registration form and fees to Angie to ensure your child's spot no later than May 15.  The last day of attendance for children not attending the summer program will be May 15.  If your child is not returning for the summer, but will be attending the fall program, be sure to complete registration prior to leaving for the summer.

We will be going on a Wild Adventure this summer beginning on May 26.  We will learn about the Lowcountry's Wildlife, Ocean Animals, and Habitats.  We will visit educational centers and create classroom environments that will provide hands on experiences.  In addition, we will have bike days, water days, wacky dress up days, movie days, and arts and crafts days.  New this year, we will also be incorporating a Culinary Arts Program.  Stay tuned for more information.

We are a locally owned and operated child development center.  We have been in business for 9 years.  We are nationally accredited for our educational program by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).  We use the Creative Curriculum as the basis of our programs.  

We provide preschool programs for ages 2-5, a 5K classroom, and afterschool care services until the age of 12.  We offer 3 large outside learning environments.

Your child's safety is important to us.  Our center is the only centers in our area equipped with audio and video cameras to ensure the safety of our children both in the classroom and outside.  In addition, all of our teachers are first aid and CPR trained.  All are background checked and drug tested.  Each strive to provide the very best educational opportunities for your child while ensuring their safety.
